Dial-up Networking Properties
 

  This can be located by going to "My Computer", then "Dial-up Networking".
Right-click on the "TCSN" connection, then goto "Properties".

If this cannot be done, select the "TCSN" connection, then goto "File" and "Properties".

Reset username / password by going to "My Computer", then "Dial-up Networking" hit "Connections" and the "Settings"
