This tree actually exists! It is adjacent to one of the Virginia Lakes,
in the Hoover Wilderness. All of its limbs grow in a two-dimensional plane, apparently
to best enjoy the rising sun in the morning and the setting sun in the afternoon.
The "Sierran Menorah" image is part of the Sealth body of work which are digital images of landscapes, scenics,
and the human form and are based on locations in the Virginia Lakes, Hoover Wilderness, Bridgeport Valley,
Eastern Sierra, High Sierra and Central Coast of California.
