Buckeye Stream starts at the northeast crest of Yosemite National Park and then flows for many miles in the Hoover Wilderness. As a wild river, it floods in the spring and almost dries before the snow flies, often revealing very interesting boulder patterns.

The "Buckeye Stream Boulders" image is part of the Sealth body of work which are digital images of landscapes, scenics, and the human form and are based on locations in the Buckeye Creek, Hoover Wilderness, Brigeport Valley, Eastern Sierra, High Sierra and Central Coast of California.
