Famous for its dramatic tufa towers, South Tufa of Mono Lake also has grasses that form interesting mounds. In Autumn their colors turn to yellows and oranges and at sunrise are beautiful, sensuous shapes.

The "South Tufa Fall Grasses" image is part of the Sealth body of work which are digital images of landscapes, scenics, and the human form and are based on locations in the Mono Lake, Mono Lake Basin, Eastern Sierra, High Sierra and Central Coast of California.
