After a long day at Jade Cove on the Big Sur coastline, the treasure hunters often stop at nearby Salmon Falls to appreciate the beauty and the refreshing waters of the converging double falls. Unfortunately, they miss what they seek because only the base of the Falls is accessible. If they crawl and climb and scramble through and around the giant boulders on the south side, they might achieve a precarious ledge half way up. There they might find the Jade bodied, Precious Opal headed, Gold haired, Ivory toothed, and Sapphire eyed Goddess carved from the Serpentine by the Falls.

The "Salmon Falls Jade" image is part of the Sealth body of work which are digital images of landscapes, scenics, and the human form and are based on locations in the Salmon Creek, Big Sur, Eastern Sierra, High Sierra and Central Coast of California.
