All year round, Convict Lake is special place near Mammoth Lakes in the Eastern Sierras. However in the Autumn the fall color of the Aspens and Rabbitbushes brings out the color and detail in the formations that make up the cliffs behind the Lake.

The "Convict Lake" image is part of the Sealth body of work which are digital images of landscapes, scenics, and the human form and are based on locations in the Convict Lake, Long Valley, Mammoth Lakes, Eastern Sierra, High Sierra and Central Coast of California.
