I just finished my 10th hour of lessons and was feeling confident about my landings when this picture was taken.
Little did I know an hour later I would be doubting myself as I made quite a few "ugly" landings in 15+ mph cross winds.
Dan is my BFI (Basic Flight Instructor). I found his business, Miller Flylites through Quicksilver manufacturing and
corresponded with him via email to set up my lessons. I drove 2.5 hours out to his place of business to take lessons from where I live on the central coast of California 150 miles south of San Fransco.
If you live in the Southern San Joaquin area or out on the central coast area, want to learn to fly a
Quicksilver, receive refresher training,  looking for a patient, and excellent teacher drop Dan some email to chat with him.
