PHILOSOPHY: It is our belief at Cross Country Outfitters, Inc. that all outdoor activities should be conducted in a sportsmanlike manner. As hunters and outdoor enthusiasts, it is our duty (and in our best interest) to protect and preserve all wildlife and their habitat for the enjoyment of future generations. POLICIES: All activities engaged in by Cross Country Outfitters, Inc. will be conducted within the regulations of the California Dept. of Fish and Game. Each hunter must possess a current hunting license and a valid book of wild pig tags, prior to entering the hunting field. All county, state and federal laws and regulations will be abided by, at all times. Cross Country Outfitters, Inc. reserves the absolute right to refuse service to anyone. SAFETY is stressed at all times, and NO UNSAFE PRACTICES will be tolerated, especially in those activities involving firearms. Hence, there can be NO DRINKING of alcoholic beverages before or during the hunt. Any person under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be denied service. NO SMOKING: Because of moderate to extreme fire dangers in our area, year around, There will be NO SMOKING while you're in the hunting field. FEE STRUCTURE: Guide Fee . . . . . . . $250.00 Game Fee . . . . . . . $250.00 Total . . . . . . . . . . . $500.00 *Please Note:* All fees are collected prior to hunting. Deposit . . . . . . . . . $100.00 This amount is applied toward your Guide Fee and is not a separate charge. The deposit is to be paid at the time of booking to secure your hunt dates and can only be refunded if Cross Country Outfitters, Inc. is notified of the cancellation, at least thirty days prior to your scheduled visit. The balance of your Fees will be collected upon your arrival. GUIDE FEE DETAILS: This non-refundable payment entitles the hunter to a two-day wild pig hunt, typically two morning hunts and two evening hunts. The hunt is considered complete once the hunter has been successful in harvesting a game animal. GAME FEE DETAILS: This fee entitles the hunter to harvest one wild pig, and it will be refunded if Cross Country Outfitters, Inc. fails to provide the client with a reasonable opportunity to harvest an animal. This fee will not be refunded if the client misses reasonable shots at game, or passes up reasonable shots at game, or fails to attend one or more of the hunt periods to which he or she is entitled. : Our program centers around the success of our clients, and we feel that this fee structure will encourage our clients to be prepared to hunt and be successful. NON-HUNTING GUEST FEE: There will be a charge of $50.00 per day, for each non-hunter attending a hunt as a guest or observer. ADDITIONAL FEES: There are NO additional fees, such as Trophy fee, Skinning fee, or Trespass fee. The total cost of your guided hunt is $500.00 per hunter. Prices are effective as of January 1st, 2000 and are subject to change without prior notice.
